Refund policy

At Collectives Unlimited, we take pride in providing our valued customers with a wide range of products sourced from various suppliers and artisans around the world. As each has their own unique return policies, we strive to ensure a personalized experience for each product. Therefore, we are unable to implement a single universal return/exchange policy for all items on our site.

To make your shopping experience as smooth as possible, we kindly ask you to review the item return details accompanying each product description. These details will outline the specific eligibility criteria for returns and exchanges. We highly recommend checking whether a product accepts returns or exchanges before making your purchase, ensuring you are aware of the options available to you.

For items that are eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

PLEASE NOTE: Exceptions/Non-returnable items

·       Custom and personalized items. Because these products are designed specifically for your specifications, we do not accept returns for these items, or replacements for apparel due to size, or because you changed your mind. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item and we will work to resolve the issue.

·       Items beyond the product’s stated return period (i.e. 14 days from purchase, 30 days from purchase, etc.) cannot be refunded.

·       Vintage or antique items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or replacements. Please contact us regarding any issues with an order.

·       Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted and sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return/Exchange Process
Please contact us for any return/exchange question, or to start a return, by emailing us directly at collectivesunlimited@gmail.com.

If your return is accepted, we will email you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and providing the shipping label for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Refunds
We will notify you once a return has been received and inspected, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If you receive a refund, the cost you incurred on shipping the returned item will not be included in the refund. 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cancellation Policy
All orders are immediately sent into production upon payment. This means we are unable to accept cancellations or changes once an order has been placed. Please double-check your order details, including product selections, customization options, and shipping information, before completing your purchase.
